The People & Training Officer will support recruitment, onboarding, training, qualifications, compliance and staff development across the service, ensuring workforce records are accurate and systems compliant.
Working with leaders and staff, you will help attract, develop and retain a capable team, delivering safe, high‐quality aquatic and leisure services to our Kingston community.
