If you're an experienced Property Manager who enjoys the industry but is ready for something different from managing the same portfolio every day, this could be a great move.
This is a diverse position where you'll become a key support person across the Property Management department. There is no permanent portfolio attached to the role. Instead, you'll move across the business, stepping in where needed, supporting staff and helping management keep the department running effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
Help onboard and train new team members
Step in and manage portfolios when Property Managers are on annual or sick leave
Assist management with compliance, reporting and team performance
Be a go‐to person for the PM team when they need advice or an extra set of hands
Assist with leasing when additional support is required
Work through challenging landlord, tenant and QCAT matters
Provide hands‐on operational support across the Property Management department
Troubleshoot issues and help staff find practical solutions
Jump across different areas of the business depending on where support is needed
Help keep the day‐to‐day Property Management operation running smooth

About You
We're looking for someone with strong Property Management experience who is confident enough to work across different portfolios, support other staff and handle whatever gets thrown their way.
You'll ideally have:
Strong previous Property Management experience
Proven experience handling QCAT matters
Good working knowledge of PropertyMe
Confidence supporting and guiding other team members
Strong negotiation and problem‐solving skillsA proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
Excellent organisation and time management
Ability to adapt quickly when priorities change
Strong communication and client service skills
A great sense of humour and genuine team mentality

$100,000 + super, with flexibility depending on experience

Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
