Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests
Co‐ordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
Manage reservations and daily guest transactions accurately
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions




Maintain a clean, safe, and qualified front desk environment
Participate in training and team meetings
