What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and nurturing an existing database of buyers and sellers
Generating and converting listing opportunities
Selling residential properties
Conducting buyer appointments, inspections, and sales presentations
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Following up leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline
Managing CRM activity and database engagement
Working closely with internal sales and marketing teams
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Achieving individual sales targets and performance goals
What We're Looking For:
Previous residential real estate sales experience
Strong listing, selling, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proven ability to convert opportunities into results
Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills
Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
Experience working with databases and lead management systems
Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence preferred
