You will manage full-cycle import sea freight operations (FCL, LCL), liaise with clients, shipping lines and overseas agents, and provide proactive updates to maintain service excellence.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in freight forwarding, deep knowledge of Incoterms and customs processes, and solid communications.
