Aitken Civil is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our team on civil construction projects across Sydney and Regional NSW. You will report to the Site Foreman and perform productive, secure earthworks and trenching tasks, ensuring quality results.
This role requires a Class C license, White Card, and prior civil construction experience. Expect 5–6 work days per week, with site travel, overtime, and a competitive hourly rate plus allowances.
