Looking for ongoing work, consistent hours, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position? We're currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Production Worker to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role offering reliable employment, regular overtime, and a genuine temp-to-perm prospect for the right candidate. Training will be completed on day shift for the first few weeks before transitioning to a permanent afternoon shift roster. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of forklift operation and physical production work, takes safety seriously, and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities
Operate a forklift to safely move raw materials and finished products throughout the site
Load, unload and stage materials for production
Assist with manufacturing and production processes
Open moulds and remove finished products
Prepare equipment and materials for upcoming production runsComplete quality checks and finishing tasks
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work setting
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily production targets
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures




Skills & Experience
Essential
Current LF Forklift Licence
Previous forklift operating experience
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable with a solid work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable
Experience within manufacturing, production, construction, concrete, warehousing or labouring environments
Experience handling large or heavy products
Flexibility to work overtime when required
