The role
Work with children and young people (0–18)



across NDIS and private pathways. You'll manage a varied caseload including language, speech, fluency, literacy and complex communication impairments, collaborating closely with a large SP team.
What you'll do
Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy for ages 0–18
Plan and review goals with families and stakeholders
Write clear reports and therapy plans
Collaborate with a team of 8 SPs; share knowledge in weekly meetings
Gradually build your caseload with an in-depth induction and structured support
What you'll bring
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership
WWCC and unrestricted Australian working rights
New grads and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply
