NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Sales Representative to be the first contact for prospective customers and existing members looking to purchase or amend NRMA Roadside Assistance memberships. You will identify needs with targeted questions and offer solutions that enhance members' lifestyles, delivering a memorable, service‐driven experience.
The role is full‐time (35 hours/week), hybrid in NSW with work from home and occasional days at Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford offices.
