About the Role:
n
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Technician specialising in Multifunctional Photocopiers and Printers to join the Service Department at Toshiba Australia. This is a full‐time, permanent position servicing the Western suburbs of Victoria.
n
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and on‐site service to our customers across a range of multifunctional photocopiers and printers.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:
n
n
Installing, configuring, and maintaining multifunctional photocopiers and printers at client sites.
n
Diagnosing hardware and software issues and providing timely and effective technical solutions.
n
Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
n
Responding promptly to service requests and troubleshooting any technical problems that arise.
n
Delivering high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
n
Collaborating with internal teams to scale complex technical issues when necessary.
n

Proven experience in servicing and repairing multifunctional photocopiers and printers
n
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with office equipment
n
Robust knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to photocopiers and printers
n
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
n
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance
n
Capability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field service role
