We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Events Team Members to join our busy Events Department. If you enjoy creating memorable experiences and working as part of a supportive, hands‐on team, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
As an Events Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your day may include:
Setting up and packing down event rooms according to event plans
Providing professional table and beverage service
Assisting with buffets, cocktail service, and bar operations
Working closely with the Events Team Leaders and Manager to ensure smooth event delivery
Maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene and safety
What We're Looking For
We're after team members who:
Have previous experience in events, functions, hospitality or customer service
Hold a current RSA and Food Handling qualification, or are willing to obtain them
Are confident, reliable and take pride in delivering exceptional service
Have strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
Are available to work a flexible roster, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Thrive in a rapid-paced environment and can adapt to different events and service styles
