Hazelbrook General Practice is seeking a caring and enthusiastic senior registered nurse to join our team for 4 days per week, with full-time hours. The practice is located in the Blue Mountains and values a supportive, patient-centred setting.
You will perform triage and patient assessments, immunisations for children and adults, wound care, and chronic disease care planning while assisting GPs with procedures. AHPRA registration, CPR, WWCC, and Immunisation Certification are required.
