Onetrak is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our Service and Parts operations across Victoria and South Australia.
This senior leadership role is responsible for the performance of multiple branches, with a primary focus on leading high-performing Service and Parts teams, driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
To be successful in this role, you will bring solid mechanical aptitude and a sound technical understanding of heavy equipment, earthmoving machinery, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop multi-site teams across VIC and SA
Drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention
Manage regional P&L;, budgets, and financial performance
Provide technical leadership and oversight of service operations
Build and leverage a strong customer network




Monitor and report on KPIs and business performance
Oversee branch operations, safety, and continuous improvement
Travel: Approx. 1 week per month in South Australia and regional areas
About you
Proven people leadership experience (multi-site preferred)
Established customer network in heavy equipment / construction / forestry / quarrying
Strong sales and business development capability
Sound mechanical aptitude / technical knowledge of heavy machinery
Experience managing budgets, P&L;, and operational performance
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
