We're looking for a commercially minded Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a growing, operationally focused business in Brisbane.
n
This is a hands‐on role for someone who wants to go beyond reporting and work directly with the business to improve performance, profitability and value.
n
You'll partner with the Divisional CEO, Group Controller and operational leaders to:
n
n
Analyse performance, margins, purchasing and operational drivers.
n
Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.
n
Develop business cases and provide commercial decision support.
n
Support synergy and value-creation initiatives for both Corporate Head office and site.
n
Prepare insightful analysis for senior management and Group reviews.
n
Turn financial insight into practical actions and measurable outcomes.
n
About Youn
You'll bring strong experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A; or Finance Business Partnering,



ideally within an industrial services workplace.
n
You'll be:

n
Commercially curious and analytically strong.
n
Confident working with detailed financial and operational data.
n
Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing operational leaders.
n
Strong in Excel, modelling, forecasting and business cases.
n
Proactive, pragmatic and focused on outcomes.
n
