Service Desk Analyst - Windows 11 Deployment
Coolangatta, Gold Coast | 4 days onsite per week | Contract
2 Positions: 1 x 2 months, 1 x 6 months.
We are looking for a hands-on
Service Desk Analyst
to join an established IT team in Coolangatta, supporting day-to-day users while assisting with a major
Windows 11 rollout
across the organisation.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around
1-2+ years' Service Desk/Desktop Support experience
who enjoys working directly with users and wants exposure to a broad IT environment.
What you'll be doing
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users across the organisation
Assist with the rollout and deployment of
Windows 11
Set up, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops and other end-user devices
Provide remote and onsite support to users
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 and general desktop issues
Manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk
Support Active Directory and user access requirements
Assist with hardware replacements, warranties and IT inventory
Escalate more complex incidents to the appropriate technical teams
Document solutions,



procedures and support processes
Work with internal stakeholders and external technology vendors
What we're looking for
Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk or Desktop Support role
Positive knowledge of
Windows desktop environments
Experience with
Microsoft 365
Exposure to
Active Directory
Windows ***** deployment, migration or device rollout experience would be highly regarded
Basic networking knowledge
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable providing hands-on support directly to end users
Australian driver's licence
