National Dental Care Chadstone is relocating to a purpose-built clinic and seeks a lead dentist to head the recent practice (4–5 days per week). This full-time role offers strong clinical autonomy, mentoring of a close-knit team, and patient-base continuity with excellent flow.

You will lead daily operations, deliver comprehensive general dental care, refine clinical protocols, and partner with the practice manager on local growth. AHPRA registration is required.
