Job responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates.
Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
Perform focused reassessments and escalatÎe concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
