About the role
Clark Rubber Bendigo is looking for enthusiastic sales team members to join our store. We're an iconic Aussie brand, and our Bendigo store is a fun, fast-paced place to work where every day is a little different. From pools and matting to foam and hardware, no two customers (or questions!) are ever quite the same.
Key responsibilities
Greeting customers with a smile and genuinely helping them find what they need
Sharing your product knowledge
Processing sales and keeping the store looking sharp
Working alongside a supportive, down-to-earth team
Pitching in with stock, merchandising and day-to-day store tasks
About you
A friendly, can-do attitude — retail or customer service experience is a bonus, not a must
Great communication skills and a genuine willingness to help
Reliability and a team-player mindset




Availability across weekdays, weekends and/or school holidays
