We're on the lookout for an experienced and personable Skipper to join our growing team operating a diverse fleet of vessels on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple experiences and vessels, from relaxed canal cruises to premium charter and sailing experiences — no two days are the same.
About the Role
We're seeking someone who is:
Confident operating a variety of vessels
Friendly, professional and guest-focused
A strong communicator who can provide engaging commentary and create memorable onboard experiences
Adaptable and calm under pressure
Passionate about hospitality, tourism and life on the water
Sailing experience is highly regarded.

About You
Must hold either a Master <24 NC + MED 3 qualification
Minimum 2 years commercial boating experience required
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Availability including weekends and holidays
Australian work rights are required for this position
