Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Experience: 7-12+ years within an architectural practice, with strong project delivery experience
Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)
Local Experience: Minimum 3+ years within a Sydney architectural practice

The Role – Project Leader
In this role, you will take ownership of project packages while supporting the transition into leading larger projects through delivery phases.
You will play a key role in coordinating teams, maintaining design integrity, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across all stages.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing project packages from documentation through to delivery
Supporting or stepping into the delivery of larger-scale projects
Producing and overseeing detailed documentation in Revit
Coordinating consultants and managing project interfaces
Contributing to design development while ensuring technical resolution
Managing timelines, deliverables, and quality control across project stages
Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
Resolving complex technical challenges throughout documentation and construction
About You
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
7-12+ years' professional experience, ideally across multi-residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
Proven experience leading project packages and contributing to delivery phases
Strong proficiency in Revit with demonstrated project-based experience
Solid understanding of BCA, Australian Standards, and local planning controls
Strong technical, coordination, and documentation capabilities
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with consultants and stakeholders
Ambition to step into a Project Leader role on larger, more complex projects
Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)
Currently based in Sydney with local industry experience
