GenesisCare now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our supportive team at our Hurstville clinic on a 12-month full time basis.

Our centre provides specialised cancer care services including Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy and Haematology.
n
This role is part of a close-knit team of nurses delivering best practice care in Oncology. Working alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary team, you will play an important role in providing our patients with an exceptional treatment experience.
n
With predictable Monday to Friday hours, this position offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career while maintaining a healthy work life balance and no overnight shifts required.

More Specifically, You Will
n

Provide protected and compassionate nursing care to patients receiving treatment.
n
Assess, monitor and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
n
Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapies and blood products in line with clinical protocols.
n
Deliver patient education and provide support to patients, families and carers.
n
Collaborate with Oncologists, Haematologists and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to policies and procedures.
n
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
n
Bring a positive, caring and team focused approach to your work.
