You will be responsible for managing Dispatch and supporting Mine Monitoring & Control functions to maximise fleet utilisation, support production targets, and ensure effective communication between operational departments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Running daily fleet dispatch operations and coordinating haulage activities
Optimising fleet allocation to support the mine plan and production targets
Monitoring and responding to production delays and operational interruptions
Supporting Mining, Maintenance, CHPP, and Technical Services teams through effective communication
Validating operational data and ensuring accurate system reporting
Supporting operators in the use of fleet management and mine monitoring systems
Promoting safe and efficient operation of heavy mobile equipment across site
Maintaining Mine Monitoring and Control functions in line with site procedures
What You Will Need
Previous experience in Mining Dispatch, Mine Monitoring, Fleet Management Systems, or Production Mining Operations
Strong understanding of load and haul operations and heavy mobile equipment in a mining environment
Experience using Modular Dispatch or similar Fleet Management Systems (highly regarded)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate multiple mining systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Mining, Maintenance, CHPP, and Technical Services teams
Ability to remain calm and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
Current Driver's Licence, Standard 11 &Coal; Board Medical
