Pact Group is seeking an experienced Recovery & Wellbeing Coach to join our Group Health & Safety team. You will support secure and sustainable recovery outcomes for employees experiencing injuries or illness and partner with leaders, employees, healthcare providers and claims agents.
This role requires travel across NSW and interstate as needed and involves developing return-to-work plans, coordinating early interventions, and maintaining accurate injury records.
