About the Role
n
Fantasy Caravan is looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join our Heatherbrae showroom.
n
This is a genuine sales-focused position.
n
Your main responsibility is simple:
n
Talk to customers. Follow up leads. Sell caravans.
n
You will have support from the wider team with administration, operations, delivery and product training, allowing you to spend more of your time doing what a strong salesperson does best — selling.
n
We are looking for someone who enjoys the phone, follows up relentlessly, knows how to build rapport and is motivated by closing deals and earning commission.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Respond to phone, online and showroom enquiries
n
Proactively call and follow up leads
n
Book customer appointments
n
Understand customer needs and recommend the right caravan
n
Conduct showroom and product presentations
n
Follow up quotes and undecided customers consistently
n
Negotiate and close sales
n
Maintain accurate lead activity in CRM
n
Re-engage older leads and opportunities
n
Attend caravan shows and sales events when required
n
Achieve monthly sales targets
n
n
This is not a role where you wait for customers to walk through the door.
n
We want someone who actively works their database, picks up the phone and creates sales opportunities.
n
About You
n
You are likely to suit this role if you:

Have proven sales experience
n
Are confident and comfortable on the phone
n
Have strong follow-up habits
n
Know how to ask for the sale and close
n
Are motivated by targets and commission
n
Can build trust quickly with customers
n
Are organised with leads and CRM
n
Don't give up after one or two follow-ups
n
Enjoy working in a performance-driven sales environment
n
n
Previous experience in automotive, caravans, RVs, boats or other high-value retail sales would be highly regarded.
n
Caravan experience is not essential.
n
If you can sell, we can train you on the product.
