Arup is seeking a senior Employee Relations leader to design and run a globally aligned ER function, spanning multiple regions and jurisdictions. You will establish global policies, playbooks, and governance, while guiding investigations and risk management with senior stakeholders.
You will lead a virtual, cross-regional ER team, drive consistency, and partner with Legal, Compliance, and People Partners to deliver high-quality employee relations services across the organisation.
