The Opportunity:
This role is ideal for an experienced
Site Supervisor or Working Foreman
with a solid background in delivering remedial building and waterproofing projects.
You will be responsible for supervising trades and subcontractors, coordinating day-to-day site activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, engineers and clients while leading your site team from the front.
What's on Offer?
$135,000 - $150,000 Base Salary
(depending on experience) + Superannuation (on top of base salary)
Fully Maintained Vehicle (Fuel / Tolls) or $15,000 Car Allowance
Permanent full-time position

$6M and $20M
across the Greater Sydney area
About You:
Minimum 4years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Working Foreman
A trade qualification as a Carpenter, Waterproofer or Bricklayer (Preferably a Carpenter).
Experience supervising remedial projects valued between $6M and $20M.
Solid experience delivering remedial building projects from start to finish.
Practical experience with: Concrete Cancer and Concrete Spalling Repairs,Waterproofing,Balcony Remediation and Reinstatement, Window and Sliding Door upgrades, Balustrade upgrades, Façade Upgrades, and General Building Rectification
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate trades and subcontractors.
Ability to conduct Toolbox Talks and maintain a safe work workplace.
Experience working alongside Project Managers, Engineers and Clients.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide regular project updates.
A strong eye for quality and attention to detail.
Construction White Card.
Full Australian Working Rights.
