Pay Rate:

$38 per hour (AM Shift)

$41 per hour (PM Shift)
We have
multiple positions available across both AM and PM shifts
, offering an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administration, data entry and transport/logistics experience.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support across transport and logistics functions, including:
Excel data entry and reporting
Load planning and scheduling
LOSCAM docket management
Invoicing and general administration support
Preparing manifests and transport documentation
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is entered correctly
Supporting day‐to‐day transport and warehouse operations
About You




The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in
transport, logistics, warehousing or administration
Strong
Excel and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time‐management skills
The ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
Good communication and problem‐solving skills
Previous experience with transport documentation, scheduling or invoicing will be highly regarded
