Social Futures' headspace team in Tweed Heads is seeking a Clinical Manager on a full time fixed-term basis. Based across Lismore, Ballina and Tweed Heads, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, provide clinical governance, supervision, and drive evidence-based care for youth mental health.
You will ensure quality systems, risk management, and compliance, while supporting staff development and stakeholder relationships with government and service providers.
