Role Title: Senior Project Officer Quality and Improvement Clerk Grade 9/10 (REQ******)
Employment type: Full-time, ongoing
35 hour working week
Hybrid working environment, including up to two days of remote work per week

The Health Professional Councils Authority (HPCA) is an executive agency of the NSW Ministry of Health. The Health Professional Councils Authority (HPCA) supports the regulation of health practitioners in NSW through its work with professional councils. Our work contributes to fostering a healthcare system that is secure, accountable and culturally respectful. The role is based at the HPCA Pitt Street office, located only a short walking distance from Central Station and Belmore Park.
What you'll be doing
The Senior Project Officer Quality and Improvement is responsible for applying expert skills, knowledge, and experience in quality improvement to support strategic priorities and initiatives and facilitating solutions to system problems that improve the quality, productivity and efficiency of regulatory functions. The Senior Project Officer Quality and Improvement is also responsible for providing expert advice, overseeing the development, review and evaluation of improvement initiatives, frameworks, and risk management activities that support the objectives and functions of Councils and HPCA.
Crown Clerk Grade 9/10, salary from $133,348 - $146,945plus super and leave loading
About you
Experience in leading and supporting quality improvement activities
Experience in leading projects and conducting evaluation activities
Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and time management skills.
