Strong grounding in Organisational Change Management (OCM), including:
Change strategy and planning
Business and change readiness assessments
Stakeholder and leadership engagement
Adoption and transition management
Experience in workforce and organisational design activities, including role clarity, capabilityupliftand workforce transition
Ability to assess and manage change capacity and competing change demand
