Are you passionate about enriching the lives of older people? We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Lifestyle / Wellbeing Assistant to join our team in Mordialloc – Whitewater residential aged care homeand help deliver engaging wellbeing programs that promote social connection, independence, and quality of life for our residents.

Location: Mordialloc – Whitewater
n
Job Type: Part-time (21 hours per week)
n
Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 9:30am to 4:00pm, and Sunday, 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
n
To be considered for this position, candidates must be able to commit to and work these hours.

About the Role
n
As a
Lifestyle/Wellbeing
Assistant you will assist in the planning and delivery of lifestyle and wellbeing programs that support residents' emotional, social, cultural, and cognitive wellbeing. You will help create positive experiences through group activities, individual engagement, community outings, and resident-centred care.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging lifestyle and wellbeing activities.
n
Support residents with one‐on‐one engagement and group programs.
n
Assist with resident assessments, care plans, reviews, and life story documentation.
n
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
n
Support bus outings, including safety checks and resident assistance.
n
Work collaboratively with clinical and care teams to support resident wellbeing.
n
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
n




Promote a person‐centred approach that enhances residents' quality of life
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle; or
n
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
n
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
X3 COVID‐19 vaccinations and **** Flu Vaccination
n
NDIS Clearance Check
n
Must have a current and Valid Driver's Licence
n
Eligibility to work in Australia
