Now we're looking for a capable, grounded person who wants to learn how a busy delivery operation really works and grow into running the shift.
n
You don't need to arrive as an experienced logistics coordinator. We'll train you through a structured development program. What matters is that you're reliable, quick to learn, good with people and willing to start hands-on.

What You'll Do
n
You'll begin by learning the operation from the ground up:
n
n
Learn our world class routing software and help allocate work to walkers and drivers
n
FInd office locations and deliver orders professionally
n
Monitor deliveries and respond when something is running late
n
Help complete walking deliveries across Sydney CBD
n
Give clear instructions and help the delivery team solve problems
n
Gradually take on more responsibility until you can coordinate the shift
n
n
This isn't a desk-only job. You'll combine computer work, problem-solving, staff coordination and physical deliveries.

Previous logistics experience is useful, but it's not essential. A driver's licence is also helpful, but not required.

What You'll Get

Starting salary around $60,000
n
Structured progression from learning deliveries to coordinating the operation

Salary progression into the early $60,000s and towards $70,000 once you can independently run the shift
