Park Street Bistro, opening within The Kurrajong Hotel in Erskineville, seeks an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to support the General Manager in leading the launch team and delivering solid operational, service and commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role, visible on the floor, actively leading service, supporting the team and taking ownership when on duty.
