What you'll be doing
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
Take food and drink orders, ensuring accurate order placement and timely delivery
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on Yering Station's extensive wine and menu offerings
Maintain high standards of table service, including setting and clearing tables
Assist with general dining room tasks as required
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a
Waiting Staff
or similar customer service role within the




Hospitality & Tourism
industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
Strong product knowledge, particularly in the areas of wine and food pairing
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work weekends and public holidays
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
