Moreton Hire is expanding and we're looking for an
Account Coordinator
to join the team and support the delivery of high-profile events and exhibitions.
The role:
Support Account Managers and Project Teams across major events and exhibitions
Assist with client coordination, quoting and project admin
Help manage event delivery from planning through to on-site execution
Liaise with operations, logistics and suppliers to keep projects on track
Ensure high standards of service, accuracy and attention to detail
About you:
Organised, proactive and detail-focused
Robust communication skills and a client-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience in events, exhibitions, or a coordination role is ideal
Work on some of Australia's leading events and exhibitions
