Reporting to the Branch Manager and
based at our Bendigo site
, you will provide high-quality customer service and sales support, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders and enquiries are managed efficiently from start to finish.
What you will be doing:
Managing customer enquiries and sales over the phone and at the front counter
Preparing quotes and identifying opportunities to upsell products and services
Troubleshooting customer queries and resolving order or sales-related issues
Processing sales orders, invoicing and general administration
Supporting purchasing and inventory control activities
Assisting with despatch and production planning to meet customer requirements
You will be rewarded with:
