About The Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to our employer and insurer partners, helping individuals return to work and rebuild their confidence.

Key Responsibilities
n

Manage a caseload and collaborate with key stakeholders
n
Conduct face‐to‐face and remote assessments
n
Deliver wellness programs and pre-employment assessments
n
Attend case conferences and client meetings
n
Provide single services, assessments, and mental health programs
n
Work collaboratively on joint cases within a multidisciplinary team
n
Contribute to larger projects such as injury prevention initiatives and job dictionary development
n

You Will Bring

Experience in occupational rehabilitation (highly regarded but not essential if otherwise stated)
n
Strong relationship‐building skills with clients, employers, and insurers
n
Current registration with (AHPRA / ESSA)
