About the role
n
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of our diverse range of access equipment, ensuring our customers receive reliable and efficient service. This is a full-time position based in our Thomastown, VIC location.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Perform scheduled maintenance and repair work on a variety of access equipment, including aerial work platforms, scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts and telehandlers
n
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues,



determining the most appropriate course of action
n
Carry out field service calls to customer sites, providing on-site repair and maintenance services
n
Maintain comprehensive records of all work completed, including parts used and recommendations for future servicing
n
Work closely with the workshop team to ensure the efficient and timely completion of all tasks
n
Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Relevant trade qualifications, mechanical trade or equivalent
n
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Service Technician, experience in the access equipment or heavy machinery industry an advantage
n
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of access equipment
n
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex issues
n
Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
n
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with customers and team members
n
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites as required
n
