Bo Gurks Pty Ltd in Edithvale is seeking a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef to lead the launch of Wednesday–Sunday breakfast and lunch, while overseeing the existing dinner kitchen. You will design menus, cost recipes, set ordering and stock systems, and train the BOH team to operate to the standard practices that have delivered success.
This role requires hands-on leadership, robust food safety, and proven ability to open new day parts within an established venue.
