Aestec Services is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Gladstone team. You will work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects progressing—from planning through to completion—and coordinate documentation, client and subcontractor interactions.
This hands-on role blends project administration, commercial coordination and technical support. You'll own day-to-day coordination, prepare variations and progress claims, and help manage programs, costs and reporting.
