Social Futures Ltd is seeking a Clinical Manager to join the headspace team across three coastal NSW centres (Lismore, Ballina, Tweed Heads) on a Full Time, Fixed Term basis. You will guide a team of leaders focused on supporting young people and communities, supervise staff, and implement projects to improve care outcomes.
You'll provide clinical guidance to leadership and multidisciplinary teams, driving evidence-based care and governance, risk management, and compliance across programs.
