About InCycle

Underground and surface civil construction
Concrete batching and supply
Shotcrete delivery and application

Responsibilities
As an Agi Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping operations moving safely and efficiently:
Operate agitator (Agi) trucks in underground and/or surface environments
Deliver concrete to site in line with production schedules
Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance
Ensure compliance with site safety, quality, and environmental standards
Work closely with batch plant teams and site supervisors




Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
We're looking for operators who are reliable, safety focused, and take pride in their work:
Proven experience operating Agi trucks (underground experience highly regarded)
Valid HR driver's licence (or higher)
Strong understanding of mine site safety requirements
Ability to work in fast paced, production driven environments
Solid communication skills and a team first attitude
Mechanical awareness and basic troubleshooting capability
