Key responsibilities
Assisting the dentist during clinical procedures
Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms
Sterilisation and infection-control procedures
Greeting and assisting patients
Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
Appointment bookings and confirmations
Processing payments and general reception duties
Maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
