Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Significant early childhood leadership and service management experience.

Nominated Supervisor or Campus Director experience, preferred.

n
Knowledge of the NQF, child
protectionlegislationand
compliance.
n
n
n
Ability to manage operations, people,
performance,qualityand
risk.
n
n
n
Leadership,
coaching,communicationand
decision-making skills.

n
n
A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
