About the roles
We're inviting Trainee, Certificate III, Diploma Educators, Room Leaders, to join our team. Whether you're starting your career or bringing experience into a leadership-focused role, you'll play an important part in delivering high‐quality care, strong supervision and meaningful learning experiences.
What you'll do
Support and model active supervision and safe daily routines
Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
Contribute to programming, observations, reflections, and documentation
Support transitions, outdoor play, meals, rest, and personal care with dignity
Work collaboratively and uphold child‐safe, professional practices
About you
Caring, reliable, and calm in busy environments
Coachable and committed to continuous improvement




Understands professional boundaries and child‐safe expectations
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Mandatory requirements
Trainee: Enrolled in (or willing to enrol in) Certificate III
Valid NSW WWCC (or willingness to apply)
First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (or willingness to obtain)
Strong commitment to child‐safe practice and confidentiality
