are currently seeking an experienced
Site Manager
to join a growing Melbourne-based builder with a strong reputation across the bespoke residential sector.
Their primary focus is on high-end residential builds, delivering stunning architecturally designed homes and boutique apartments typically valued up to $10m. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and several projects already underway, they're looking to expand their team with a like-minded professional.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small and close-knit team that values its people. Culture is a priority for them, and they make a deliberate effort to ensure their team is well looked after, shown in their low level of turnover.
As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing all in office activities across multiple high-end residential projects
Overseeing the construction of complex, architecturally designed homes
Ensuring projects are delivered on time,



within budget, and to expected quality standards
Leading site teams and coordinating trusted subcontractors
Managing documentation and reporting through the company's construction software
Liaising closely with clients, architects, and key stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience delivering multiple high end residential projects (including basements) valued at $6m+
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions
Excellent time management and leadership skills
Confident using construction management systems for documentation and compliance
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams
