Your chance:
To provide clinical and case management support & Intake Assessment to individuals experiencing symptoms of or at risk of developing symptoms of a major mental illness, within the Maryborough Correctional Centre.
Liaison with all relevant clinical and non- clinical stakeholders within the correctional environment as well as non- clinical support workers in the community, coordinating care while taking a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing with a focus on the transition phase leading to and including release from custody.
Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) from date of appointment until May **** with the possibility of extension.
Our offer:
You will receive a market-competitive salary between $4,390 - $4,700 p.f. (Nurse Grade 6 (1)), or competitive salary between $3,067 - $4,453 p.f.
