Based in Newcastle, this family-owned Australian business is a key supplier to the building and construction industry who manufacturer a variety of window and door products. Known for quality, stability, and innovation, they manufacture, supply and deliver high-performance windows and doors locally, regionally and throughout Australia.
You will be representing a leading brand that has a presence around Australia with your focus to develop and increase territory sales, (in line with overall company strategy) while developing key internal and external relationships.
Reporting to the Branch Manager an opportunity exists for a Sales Representative to manage Newcastle and the surrounding area to drive revenue, meet customer expectations and exceed agreed budgets. You will have full autonomy of your territory to promote the features and perks of your product range whilst being responsible for the planning and execution of the sales strategy.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Build relationships with new and established residential builders
Promote your products range of window and door products




Achieve sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer service
Implement and negotiate sales strategies to increase revenue of your territory
Ensure ongoing& reliable customer satisfaction through time management
Understand administration processes to ensure consistency across the business.
Experience & Qualifications
Customer service and sales ability team player who enjoys the thrill of a sale
Thorough time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
Self-motivated who has a passion for selling windows and doors
Enjoy interacting with all types of customers around Newcastle
Of course, the energy, drive, enthusiasm, and focus associated with a sales role ...and finally a love of the RESIDENTIAL or COMMERCIAL building industry!
You will be provided with a fully maintained company car and be paid $90k - $110k + super to attract the right person.
A background in the home décor, building, manufacturing or construction industry selling building products or materials that consist with the build of a residential house, apartment or unit is highly regarded i.e., hardware, glass, glazing, aluminium, timber, plaster, steel, cement, bricks, roofing, insulation, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, furnishings, windows, doors etc
