Location: St Andrew's Toowoomba Hospital (SATH), Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.

Salary: Competitive hourly rate with salary packaging up to $15,900 p.a. plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team delivering 450+ meals daily, including snacks and beverages
Oversee the presentation and quality of meals and catered events
Ensure compliance with dietary protocols and food safety standards
Deliver efficient and reliable service across inpatient and event catering
Monitor team performance and support professional development
Promote teamwork and high standards in kitchen and service operations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and workflow innovation
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in a catering supervisor (preferred)
Background in healthcare or large-scale food service highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and maintain a positive culture
Strong understanding of safe food handling, kitchen hygiene, and diet compliance
Excellent time management and communication skills
Well-developed customer service skills
High-level computer literacy and understanding of quality improvement processes
Exposure to retail or food sales environments beneficial
