The Opportunity
Are you organised, proactive and someone who loves keeping things running smoothly?
We're looking for an Admin & Facilities Co-ordinator to join our People Team and play an key role in the day-to-day running of our Surry Hills office.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who enjoys being hands-on, helping people and getting things done. You don't need years of facilities or office management experience — what matters most is that you're organised, reliable, confident communicating with others and keen to learn.
You'll be the person helping make sure our office is well stocked, well maintained and a great place for our people to work.
What you'll be doing
Office Operations & Supplies
Help manage office stationery, kitchen supplies and general consumables
Coordinate orders and maintain appropriate stock levels
Liaise with suppliers and service providers
Help keep kitchen, printing and shared office spaces organised and presentable
Monitor office supplies and identify when things need to be replenished
Facilities
Coordinate day-to-day facilities requests such as cleaning, maintenance and repairs
Liaise with building management and contractors when required
Help ensure the office is safe, functional and welcomin
Assist with office equipment including printers, phones and meeting room technology
Help identify and resolve day-to-day office issues
Administration & Support




Provide general administrative support to the People Team and wider business
Maintain office records, contact lists and documentation
Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including workspace setup and equipment
Help coordinate meetings, room bookings and office calendars
Support team activities, events and other People Team initiatives when required
Help maintain office procedures and processes
Support workplace health and safety requirements
Keep records and documentation up to date
Look for simple ways to make our office processes more efficient
What are we looking for?
You don't need to have done this exact role before. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, organisation and willingness to learn.
Some experience in administration, reception, customer service, coordination or a similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
A proactive and hands-on approach — you see something that needs doing and get onto it
Great attention to detail
Confidence communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Basic proficiency across Microsoft Office
The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
A willingness to work 5 days per week from our Surry Hills office
